END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) AND TERMS OF USE OF L2SOFT.EU

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User", "you") and L2Soft.eu ("L2Soft", "we", "us", "our"). L2Soft.eu is an official authorized seller and distributor of Adrenaline Bot licenses, scripts, plugins, and related services. This EULA governs your purchase, access to, and use of Adrenaline Bot licenses and other software, scripts, plugins, updates, and services provided through https://www.l2soft.eu. By purchasing, downloading, installing, activating, or using the Software or Services, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not install, activate, or use the Software.

1. LICENSE GRANT

Upon successful purchase and activation, L2Soft.eu provides the User with an authorized license to use Adrenaline Bot under the applicable license conditions.
The license is personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

A license may be subject to restrictions including:
- License duration
- Hardware or device binding
- Supported game or client versions
- Supported server environments
- Number of permitted devices or accounts
- Additional product-specific conditions

License details displayed on the product or checkout page form part of this agreement.

2. SOFTWARE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

L2Soft.eu is an official authorized seller and distributor of Adrenaline Bot licenses. All intellectual property rights relating to Adrenaline Bot itself, including its software code, remain the property of its respective developer and rights holder. L2Soft.eu retains ownership of its own website content, custom scripts, plugins, documentation, graphics, branding, and other materials created by or specifically for L2Soft.eu, unless otherwise stated. Purchasing a license grants the User a limited right to use the Software according to the applicable license conditions. It does not transfer ownership of the Software, source code, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights to the User.

All third-party trademarks, product names, and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

3. LICENSE RESTRICTIONS

Unless expressly authorized in writing, you may not:
- Copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Software
- Share, rent, transfer, or sell your license to another person
- Circumvent or interfere with the Software's license or authorization system
- Modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code from the Software, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law
- Remove copyright, trademark, license, or ownership notices
- Use the Software in violation of applicable local, national, or international law
- Use the Software in a manner that interferes with L2Soft.eu services, infrastructure, licensing systems, or other users

4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND GAME SERVERS

The Software may interact with third-party applications, games, servers, websites, or services that are not operated or controlled by L2Soft.eu.

Compatibility with third-party services may vary depending on:
- Game version
- Client version
- Server configuration
- Third-party software updates
- Operating system configuration
- Changes made by third-party service providers

L2Soft.eu does not control third-party services and cannot guarantee permanent or uninterrupted compatibility with them.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Software complies with any terms, rules, policies, or agreements applicable to the third-party services they use.

5. SOFTWARE COMPATIBILITY

Before purchasing, Users are encouraged to verify that the Software is compatible with their intended game version, server, operating system, and configuration.
Technical requirements and compatibility information may change over time. Updates made by third parties may temporarily affect Software compatibility and may require additional development, testing, or Software updates. L2Soft.eu does not guarantee that every feature will remain compatible with every third-party environment indefinitely.

6. UPDATES AND CHANGES

L2Soft.eu may provide Software updates, bug fixes, improvements, or compatibility updates.

Updates may:
- Add new functionality
- Modify existing functionality
- Remove outdated functionality
- Improve compatibility or stability
- Address technical or security issues

Availability and frequency of updates may vary depending on the Software or license type. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue individual features where reasonably necessary.

7. PURCHASES AND PAYMENTS

Prices, license periods, features, and applicable purchase conditions are displayed on L2Soft.eu at the time of purchase. Users are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order. Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers. L2Soft.eu does not store complete payment card details where payment information is processed directly by an external payment provider.

8. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Refund eligibility is determined according to the purchase conditions and refund policy applicable at the time of purchase. Because licenses and other digital products may be delivered or activated immediately, refund eligibility may be limited after activation or delivery where permitted by applicable law. If you experience a compatibility or technical issue, please contact our support team before requesting a refund so that we can attempt to resolve the problem. Nothing in this EULA limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

9. USER ACCOUNT AND SECURITY

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account, license credentials, passwords, and devices.

You must not:

- Share account credentials with unauthorized persons
- Allow unauthorized access to your license
- Attempt to access another user's account or license
- Interfere with authentication or licensing systems

You should use appropriate security measures to protect your account and devices.

10. TECHNICAL SUPPORT

L2Soft.eu may provide technical support relating to:

- Installation
- License activation
- Software configuration
- Compatibility
- Scripts and plugins
- Technical errors

Support response times may vary depending on workload, complexity, and availability.

Unless a specific Service Level Agreement ("SLA") has been separately agreed in writing, no guaranteed response or resolution time applies.

11. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

Personal information collected through L2Soft.eu is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

- What information we collect
- How information is used
- How long information is retained
- When information may be shared with service providers
- Your applicable data protection rights

12. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Software and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
L2Soft.eu does not guarantee that:

- The Software will operate without interruption or errors
- Every feature will work with every third-party server or environment
- Compatibility with third-party services will remain unchanged
- All technical issues can be resolved immediately
- Third-party updates will not affect Software functionality

Nothing in this section excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, L2Soft.eu shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Software or Services. This may include loss of data, loss of access, loss of revenue, interruption of service, or actions taken by third-party service providers. L2Soft.eu is not responsible for changes, restrictions, interruptions, suspensions, or other actions imposed by third-party platforms, games, servers, or service providers. Nothing in this EULA excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

14. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

L2Soft.eu may suspend or terminate access to a license or Service where there is reasonable evidence of:

- License sharing or unauthorized redistribution
- Fraudulent purchases or payment disputes
- Attempts to interfere with the license system
- Unauthorized resale
- Abuse of L2Soft.eu infrastructure or Services
- Material violation of this EULA

Where reasonably possible, we may contact the User before permanent termination. The User may stop using the Software at any time.

15. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT

We may update this EULA from time to time to reflect changes in:

- Our Software or Services
- Legal requirements
- Security requirements
- Business practices
- Third-party technologies

The latest version will be published on L2Soft.eu. Material changes will apply in accordance with applicable law.

16. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of this EULA is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to remain in effect.

17. GOVERNING LAW

This EULA and any dispute arising from or relating to it shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable to the User.
